Welcome to Sunday Crust. By placing an order through our website or through an approved retail partner, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Sunday Crust is an artisan bakery based in Augusta, Georgia. Our pies are made in small batches and prepared to order. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and authorized to make purchases on behalf of yourself or your business.

2. Product Availability and Ordering

All pies and baked goods are made to order. Availability may vary based on ingredient supply, seasonal demand, and production capacity.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline orders, or adjust availability as needed to maintain quality standards.

When placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact or address details.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in United States dollars. Payment is required at the time of checkout unless otherwise agreed upon in writing for approved retail partners.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Changes apply only to future orders.

4. Pickup and Delivery

For pickup orders, customers are responsible for collecting their items during the designated pickup window selected at checkout. If you are unable to pick up your order, you may send someone on your behalf.

For delivery orders, we deliver to the address provided at checkout. We cannot issue refunds for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses or for situations where no safe drop off option is available. Delivery fees are non refundable.

Retail delivery terms may differ and must be arranged in advance.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Order Changes

All products are perishable and prepared to order. For this reason, all sales are final.

Orders may be changed or canceled within twenty four hours of purchase, provided that preparation has not already begun. Once baking or production has started, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

If there is a concern regarding product quality, please contact us within twenty four hours of receiving your order. We may request photos or a description to help us understand and resolve the issue. Natural variations in handmade goods are expected.

6. Wholesale and Resale Terms

Approved retail partners may offer Sunday Crust products for resale under the following conditions:

  • Products must remain in their original packaging with ingredient and branding information intact.

  • Products may not be repackaged, relabeled, or altered without written consent.

  • Retail partners are responsible for proper storage, handling, and display after products are transferred.

  • Sunday Crust reserves the right to approve or discontinue wholesale relationships at its discretion.

Separate wholesale terms or minimums may apply and must be agreed upon in writing.

7. Allergens and Ingredients

Our products may contain common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat. We provide ingredient information to the best of our ability. Customers and retail partners are responsible for reviewing allergen information before purchase or resale.

We cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions or for products stored outside recommended conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, logos, photography, product descriptions, and packaging designs, is the property of Sunday Crust. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using this site, you consent to the practices described in that policy.
